Terms & Conditions

For bookings made from 01.02.2024 onwards our Wee Wild Weddings package cost is £4295.00.

Wee Wild Weddings package includes: 

• Up to Three (3) hours of photography from Joy Story. 150+ downloadable images in an online gallery.
• Sixteen (16) hours of admin planning assistance from Fin Flükra (liaising with all suppliers, assisting with location options, accommodation,  extra suppliers etc).
• Florals from Briar Rose Design (Can include bouquet, buttonhole, loose wired hair flowers or comb, ceremony arrangement etc.). Couples choose colour / florist choice materials. 
• Humanist celebrant from the Humanist Society of Scotland to conduct your ceremony (separate joining fee applicable direct with HSS).
• A fully styled & catered on-location luxury picnic of romantic sharing platters for two (2) from Scottish Wild Picnics.

Booking Fee: 

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the price for the services, including any additional services as stated above, is required to secure the booking. The booking fee contributes towards the time/cost associated with setting up the booking, any work carried out and holding your date from potential new clients as well as overheads incurred for each supplier of the Wee Wild Weddings team. All booking fees are non-refundable in the event of a date change (where we are not available) or wedding cancellation by the client for any reason (see further information under ‘Postponement’ and ‘Cancellation’).

Balance: 

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. Late payment of balance – each day the balance is late will incur a fee of £25.00 and no supplier services will be provided until payment is received in full.

Postponement: 

If the wedding date is to be postponed for any reason, please notify Wee Wild Weddings at the earliest possible opportunity to discuss availability for any new considered dates. If Wee Wild Weddings suppliers are available for your new wedding date then all fees already paid will transfer over to the new date at no extra charge if within 6 months. If the postponed date is beyond 6 months of the original planned date then additional fees may be applicable in line with our prices at that time or rises in material costs that affect our suppliers. If any Wee Wild Weddings suppliers are unavailable for your new date then Wee Wild Weddings reserve the right to supply a replacement supplier of equal skill. If the client does not agree to this then the contract may be cancelled however the booking fee remains non-refundable (see further information under ‘Cancellation’).

Cancellation: 

If you seek to cancel more than 12 weeks before the event, then the booking fee paid will be forfeited. Any work undertaken by us or expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must be paid by you, and those Fees paid shall also be non-refundable. No further Fees will be due from you.

If you seek to cancel less than 12 weeks before the event, but more than 6 weeks before the event then the booking fee paid will be forfeited. Any work undertaken by us and any expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must be paid by you, and those paid shall also be non-refundable. In addition, a cancellation fee will be immediately due, which shall be 70% of the total cost of services less any fees already paid.

If you seek to cancel less than 6 weeks before the event, but more than 2 weeks before the event then the booking fee paid will be forfeited. Any work undertaken by us and any expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must be paid by you, and those paid shall also be non-refundable. In addition, a cancellation fee will be immediately due, which shall be 80% of the total cost of services less any fees already paid.

If you seek to cancel less than 14 days before the event, then the booking fee paid will be forfeited. Any expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must be paid by you, and those paid shall also be non-refundable. In addition, a cancellation fee will be immediately due, which shall be 90% of the total cost of services less any fees already paid.

Fee variations and additional payments:

Our cost of services includes payment for travel up to 90 minutes (3 hour round trip) from Glasgow for all suppliers (with the exception of Fin Flükra – attendance on the day an optional extra). All mileage above this level will be charged at a rate of 0.60p per mile per supplier required to travel. Should you decide you require additional services beyond what is agreed i.e. extra hours photography coverage, this can be discussed and charged at the appropriate fee as provided by each supplier. In the event that a representative of us has to stay overnight due to the requirements of your wedding, you will pay us all related accommodation costs and reasonable subsistence costs.

Liability:

Wee Wild Weddings is made up of several small independent businesses therefore liability is limited to that of the services provided by each supplier. In the event you are not satisfied with the services received your concerns should be directed to the appropriate supplier to be addressed.

Individual supplier terms and conditions will also need to be agreed to, these will be sent to you at the booking stage.
